BNPN Attorney Co-Authors Article on Construction Law & Contractor Liability

Eric Waldman, an associate attorney with Bozeman, Neighbour, Patton & Noe, recently published an article in the newsletter of the Illinois State Bar Association's Section of Construction Law. The article, which Mr. Waldman co-authored, discusses various theories for contractor liability for construction site accidents.
