On December 1, 2016, senior partner Robert J. Noe celebrated his 50th anniversary with Bozeman, Neighbour, Patton & Noe, LLP. 

 

Mr. Noe joined the law firm of Bozeman, Neighbour, Patton & Henss on December 1, 1966. In 1968, he became a partner, and the firm changed its name to Bozeman, Neighbour, Patton & Noe.   Mr. Noe continues to practice full time at the firm, showing the same passion for the law and dedication to providing excellent representation for his clients as he did when he started. Mr. Noe handle everything from complex litigation for large companies to real estate and estate planning matters for individual clients.     


Mr. Noe earned many honors and accolades during his career. Mr. Noe is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.  He has been recognized by his peers as a Leading Lawyer in Illinois since 2003 and as an Illinois Super Lawyer since 2005. He is also a former member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, and the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys. Mr. Noe is currently a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and Rock Island County Bar Association, having served as president from 1995 to 1997. 

 

Mr. Noe was recently recognized as the king of the 78th annual Mardi Gras Charity Ball, a major fundraising event sponsored by the Junior Board of Rock Island.

 

The law firm of Bozeman, Neighbour, Patton & Noe, LLP was founded by Virgil Bozeman in 1954 and has been located in downtown Moline since that time. The firm also has offices in Davenport, Iowa and Cambridge, Illinois.
