BNPN Attorney Co-Authors Article on Natural Accumulation Doctrine

Eric Waldman, an associate attorney with Bozeman, Neighbour, Patton & Noe, recently published an article in the Illinois Bar Journal. The article, which Mr. Waldman co-authored, describes the natural accumulation rule in Illinois, and details when property owners can be held liable for injuries resulting from a natural accumulation of ice, snow, or water on their property.
