BNPN Is Relocating in July 2018

After 44 years practicing law, BNPN partner Gary Sissel retired on January 1, 2018. Gary graduated with honors from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1973. After practicing as an Assistant Scott County Attorney and in another small law firm in Davenport, Gary joined BNPN in 1988.

With BNPN, Gary provided excellent service to the firm's clients, advising businesses of all sizes on business planning, corporate transactions, and real estate matters. He also worked with individuals and families on their estate planning. Gary was recognized as an Illinois Leading Lawyer in the areas of Closely and Privately Held Business law and in Will and Estate Planning law.

Gary will be spending his retirement in Naples, Florida.

BNPN is available to serve the current and former clients who worked with Gary, and the firm is working to make the transition to a new attorney as smooth as possible.
