Associates Introduction

The law firm of Bozeman, Neighbour, Patton & Noe, LLP, based in Moline, is pleased to announce that two attorneys have joined the firm as associates. Both are natives of the Quad Cities.


Austin J. Schoeck graduated from Alleman High School, Augustana College, and Drake University Law School with honors. At Augustana he was a member of the tennis team. In law school he was Note Editor of the Drake Journal of Agricultural Law. After graduating he worked as a law clerk to the Seventh Judicial District of Iowa.


Austin is admitted to practice in Illinois and Iowa. 


Austin will concentrate his practice in the fields of litigation and workers compensation. 


Lyndsey R. Fuller graduated from Moline High School, Bradley University and Florida State University Law School with honors. In law school she was editor in chief of FSU’s Journal of Transnational Law & Policy, was an Articles and Notes Editor on the FSU Law Reviews and volunteered to help prepare tax returns for Florida residents. 


While a full-time law student Lyndsey R. Fuller clerked for two Florida governmental agencies and during summers was a law clerk at Bozeman, Neighbour, Patton & Noe, LLP.


Lyndsey will concentrate her practice in the fields of estate planning, probate, corporate and real estate.


Lyndsey is admitted in Illinois and will take the Iowa Bar examination during February 2021.
